Attorney
Kenneth L. Ross
Kenneth L. Ross has been involved in the full-time practice of law since 1974 and at that time he was one of the youngest Attorneys in the State of Ohio. Kenneth L. Ross first practiced in Shelby, Ohio, then Mansfield, Ohio. Before moving back to Cincinnati from Mansfield, Ohio in 1983, Kenneth L. Ross was involved in a variety of cases including, but not limited to: criminal and traffic defense, wills, probate of estates, divorce, children’s issues (guardian ad litem), civil cases including trials both for the Plaintiff and Defendant, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, contract disputes, real estate, unemployment compensation and others. It seems that in smaller towns similar to Shelby, Ohio and Mansfield, Ohio, Attorneys were more generalists than specialists. Kenneth L. Ross experienced the variety of a small town legal practice. Kenneth L. Ross now has over forty-two (42) years of legal experience. He frequently served on an arbitration panel for Richland County Common Pleas Court. An arbitration panel consists of three attorneys who decide pending cases after an abbreviated hearing. He has also served as an arbitrator on panels for cases pending in Clermont County Common Pleas Court. On occasion, he acted as a Referee in Richland County Common Pleas Court deciding issues such as the amount of child support to be paid. He now concentrates on personal injury issues, Probate, Bankruptcy, Immigration, and Sale of Structured Settlements.
Kenneth L. Ross has belonged to the Elks, Jaycees, Kiwanis, Masons and is currently a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
